Colleen Nick is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Morgan Nick Foundation, established after the 1995 abduction of her six-year-old daughter, Morgan. What began as a mother’s determination to protect other families from experiencing the same heartbreak has grown into one of the nation’s leading organizations serving missing persons and providing child safety education.
For more than 30 years, Colleen has led the Foundation in helping thousands of missing children and adults, educating millions of children, parents, and professionals on personal and online safety, and building trusted partnerships with law enforcement across Arkansas and beyond. Guided by compassion, resilience, and an unwavering belief in hope, she remains committed to ensuring that no family faces the crisis of a missing loved one alone.
